The purchase of knives and sharp-edged tools is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the buyer does not meet the legal age requirement.

2. Product Authenticity & Handmade Nature

  • Unique Variations: Because our knives are handmade, you acknowledge that there will be slight variations in grain, color, and pattern (especially in Damascus steel and natural handle materials). These are not defects but signs of an authentic handmade product.

  • Custom Commissions: Orders for personalized, movie, or gaming replicas are final once the forging process has begun.

3. Assumption of Risk & Safety Warning

Knives are inherently dangerous tools. By purchasing from Best Handmade Knives, you agree to the following:

  • You assume all risk related to the handling, storage, and use of the product.

  • Best Handmade Knives (and its owners) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and carry of knives.

4. Replica & Collectible Disclaimer

Our movie and gaming replicas are high-quality tributes intended for adult collectors. While they are forged with functional steel, they should be handled with extreme caution. We do not claim official affiliation with the original creators of the intellectual property (movies/games) unless specifically stated; our work is a fan-inspired tribute service.

5. Payments & Shipping

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and third-party processors. All payments must be cleared before production or shipping begins.

  • International Shipping: We ship globally; however, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the item is legal to import into their country. Best Handmade Knives is not responsible for items seized by customs.

  • Refused Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Items: Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee.

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom-forged work, personalized and “built-to-order” knives are non-refundable unless there is a structural defect in the blade.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images of our work, logos, and text, is the property of Best Handmade Knives. You may not use our images to sell third-party products or for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Best Handmade Knives, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
