1. USA Stock Items (Returns & Exchanges)
For all items shipped from our USA warehouse (marked with the “Ship from USA” tag), we offer a 14-day return and exchange window.
Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send your package.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
We specialize in creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces. Because Custom Orders are handcrafted to your specific requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What defines a Custom Order? Any item made with specific measurements, custom laser engraving, unique materials, or any form of personalization requested by the customer.
Our Quality Guarantee: To ensure your total satisfaction, we offer a Photo Verification Service. On customer demand, we will share high-resolution photos of your finished knife or sword before it is shipped. This allows you to review the craftsmanship and confirm it meets your expectations.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: For standard returns on USA stock items, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
