At Best Handmade Knives, we strive to get our premium blades into your hands as quickly and securely as possible. We offer transparent shipping options based on whether your item is stocked in our domestic warehouse or custom-forged for you.
1. Ships from USA (Fast Domestic Shipping)
Items labeled with the “Ship from USA” tag are currently in stock at our US-based warehouse.
Processing Time: Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.
2. Custom & International Orders (Standard Shipping)
For all other items and custom-made knives, our master bladesmiths require time to forge and hand-finish your order.
Preparation Time: Custom orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 2 weeks.
Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 10 business days.
Import Duties: Good news! All standard orders with a 10-day transit time are shipped Import Duty Paid (DDP). You will not face any unexpected customs fees upon arrival.
3. Expedited Shipping (DHL Express)
If you need your knife urgently for a gift or upcoming trip, we offer an expedited service via DHL.
Delivery Time: Approximately 5 business days from the date of shipment.
Customs & Duties: Please note that for this fast-track service, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees must be paid directly to DHL or the local customs authority before delivery can be completed.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation containing your tracking link. You can follow your blade’s journey from our forge to your doorstep.
